Smoke Houses
Union Food Machinery & Equipment (UFM) are supplies of smoke houses that are manufactured in Germany by Schroeter and in the Czech Republic by Mauting. The machines are constructed using high grade stainless steel throughout and incorporate the latest control technology. Control systems can be supplied with basic programming devices through to the latest touch sensitve HMI and pc controlled recipe management systems.
Door interlocking for high care /low risk integrity with signal lamps can be supplied together with the latest data recording technology. Bespoke installations can be designed to suit the customer's exact requirements.
Smoke Generators
Smoke generators can be supplied to suit single or multiple smoke house cabinet installations. The smoke generators offered by Schroeter of Germany and Mauting of the Czech Republic are built of the finest materials to very high standrads to provided relibale equipment to meet the most demanding production requirements. Safety is very important to both manufacturers and the generators have over temperature alarms and extinguishers supplied as standard. Generators can be supplied in two formats, wodchip burning and friction. Smoke generators supplied by Union Food Machinery have built in spray nozzles for cleaning, the combustion air volume can be regulated on the woodchipp burning models to ensure maximum efficiency.
