Sinew Separation
The bone separation valve used in conjunction with the bone separation knife
will allow the user to remove up to 95% of unwanted particles in the material
being processed at the optimum temperature. The valve is infinitely variable
between the minimum and maximum settings to permit accurate regulation of
the process to optimise efficiency of output. The valve can be supplied
with a flexible waste hose or a rigid stainless steel waste hose. The bone
separation knife is the only special tool used in the cutting system, all
the remaining tools are standard Jopp TURBO items.
