Laka WWB20 Supergrinder serial number 12200 manufactured in 2007. Solid stainless steel machine housing with a hopper volume of 550 litres to accept blocks with a maximun cross section of 1000 x 600 x 300 mm. Working worm, worm housing and closing nut are made from stainless steel. The feed worm is controlled by a frequency inverter that regulates the worm speed depending on the temperature of the product. This is a single speed machine with the control enclosure built into the machine, the enclosure is hinged to allow easy access for maintenance. The hole plate diameter is 200 mm and the motor that drives the working worm is rated at 55 kW. The worm housing has a safety cover that is locked when the machine is in operation, lowering the inspection step will shut down the machine, the hopper is protected from access by a pressure rail, the feed worm cover is electrically interlocked to prevent starting the machine when the cover is open, supplied with a trolley for removal of the feed worm. No special tools required for dismantling for cleaning or assembly. BA24 loading device for use with standard 200 litre tote bins (serial number 12203). Hydraulic worm ejection and feed worm reversing facility in the event of a blockage.
