Mixer Mincer
The Laska range of mixer mincing machines are ideal for the processor
of burgers and other reformed products where the even distribution of ingredients
is paramount . Superior mixing results are obtained by two intermshing paddle
mixing shafts, the special angle design of the individual paddles assists
in producing high yields during the mincing operation. The Laska range of
mixer mincing machines are constructed from high quality stainless steel.
The WMW1330 has an electrically interlocked cleaning platform, all other
models in the range have a fixed cleaning platform with an electrically
interlocked safety rail to protect the user when the machine is in operation.
The mixing hopper and the two mixing shafts are constructed from solid stainless
steel and have forward and reverse capability. The worm housing and working
worm are made fron stainless steel, the working worm ejection is operated
hydraulically making the strip down operation after processing quick, easy
and efficient without the need for special tools.
The working worm only operates during the mincing process and can beequipped
with either a standard fresh meat cutting system or a bone separation system
to eliminate those hard unwanted particles from the material being processed.
The prefeed worm is made from stainless steel and can be withdrawn from
the machine onto a storage trolley withou the need to use special extracting
tools. The prefeed worm runs in reverse mode during the mixing operation
to assist the efficient mixing action of the Laska system. The closing nut
is made from stainless steel and the machines from this range are supplied
with one cutting system to the customer's specification. The mixing shafts
operate during the mixing process on a stop/start basis using factory programmed
settings. The operator panel is easy to use and has a clear three line text
display providing the processor with the relevant operating datd during
use.
Optional equipment that is available for the Laska range of mixer mincers
includes; a stainless steel safety cover for the working worm housing, cleaning
trolley for the storage of the cutting system, working worm and prefeed
worm; Z-arm mixing shafts; temperature controlled processing - automatic
process stop after a set temperature is achieved; automatic mixing control
- forward/stop/reverse fpr a set process time; process control system with
the facility to store up to twenty programmes; load cells; direct unloading
without mincing - with this option the prefeed worm cannot be removed from
the machine; stainless steel loading device; CO2 cooling; water dosing.
