Union Food Machinery and Equipment (UFM) is a leading player in the provision
of meat and food processing equipment to the UK market and the agent for
Schroter, Laska, Mauting and Jopp. It offers industry leading products and
expertise in size reduction and blending equipment, cooking, cooling and
smoking equipment, preformed tray sealing and vacuum packaging. Based in
Northampton we are also highly experienced in working with fish and poultry
processing firms as well as the food service industry where we provide smoke
houses and cooking apparatus. We supply mincing and blending equipment,
cutting sets, bowlchoppers and blades, dicers and derinder blades, pre-breaking
apparatus, sausage cutters, hot and cold smoking equipment, control systems,
racking, cooking, cooling, de-racking, washing and return systems and robotics.
UFM customers include some of the biggest names in food manufacturing in
the UK and Ireland as well as select smaller specialists and artisan manufacturers.

Mission statement
Mission statements are tricky things to articulate and difficult things
to live up to. At UFM, we strive to deliver great service, to bring the
best products from the global food equipment industry to our clients and
to ensure that the planning and consultancy we offer is of the very highest
standard. But is this our mission statement, or is it something much simpler?
