Frozen Block Mincing
Two machines are offered by Laska of Austria for the processing of frozen blocks of material. Both machines can process blocks to a maximum size of 1000 x 600 x 300 mm frozen down to -20C. The W400-G is a dedicated frozen bolock mincer that utilises a 400 mm diameter cutting system. The WWB200 is a frozen block mincer with the added capability of fresh material processing utilising a 200 mm cutting system. The WWB200 has automatic speed regulation of the feed worm to offer optimum processing efficiency. Both machines are made from the highest quality materials and are driven using the latest control technology
