Knives for Laska machines are suplied from the Laska factory, the knives are not manufactured by Laska but they are finished and adjusted so that when supplied they fit correctly with the optimum distance between cutter bowl and knife tip. This ensures that the processing time and fineness of cut are always maintained to the same high standard as when the machine was first purchased.
