Intensive Cooling

The range of cooling chambers offered by Unimo Food Machinery are manufactured by Mauting in the Czech Republic and Schroeter in Germany and the cabinets from both companies are suitable for the intensive cooling of meat and fish products. Depending upon the processors requirements the chilling of the processed material is achieved by using two different mediums; chilled water shower to achieve a temperature of 30 - 35 degrees C. The shower can be controlled in pulses if required. Air chilled to a temperature of 0 - 5 degrees C is circulated throughout the chamber to acieve product temperatures below 8 degrees C.


Advantages

The controls are simple and easy to use, the automatic cycle provides an accurate and efficient chilling operation improving product yield. There is a choice of microprossessor controller or for the larger installation a pc based recipe management system is available.
