Breakers
The Laska G530 guillotine has proven itself time and time again over many
years. The robust design manufactured from stainless steel is a real work
horse when it comes to reducing the size of meat blocks frozen to minus
twenty degrees Celsius. The G530 will accept a maximum block size of 520
mm wide x 300 mm deep. The minimum thickness of cut is 15 mm and this can
be adjusted to a maximum of 60 mm, at which blocks can be processed at a
rate of four tons per hour using the hydraulic loading platform. An automatic
clamping arm comes as standard to securely hold the block as the knife cuts
the material, this guarantees that each cut is equal to the set cut thickness
an allows the optimum processing time. Two cross cutting knives can be fitted,
if required as an optional extra.
For plants that need a higher breaking capacity than the G530 there is the
model GS510 and the GFS620. Both machines can be loaded using the hydraulic
loading platform or a conveyor which greatly increases the output capacity,
up to ten tonnes per hour in the case of the GFS620. Both machines are made
from stainless steel and use two rotating cutting drums, the GS510 uses
'U' shaped cutting teeth whilst the GFS620 thirty two claws ounted on sixteen
discs. The cleaning platform and material exit are electrically interlocked
for safety. The hydraulic loading platform on the GFS620 is an optional
extra.
In addition to the range of dedicated block breaking machinery, Laska also produce a combination machine. the combination machine is a WW200 frozen meat mincer with a GFS620 mounted above the infeed hopper. More recently the WWB200 frozen block breaking mincer has also been added to the range.
